From the ground up

The mornings are colder and the fairways wetter, and there is no worse feeling than soggy socks by the second hole. We have just restocked the FootJoy Traditions range in store: white prohide leather, waterproof, and a fit that holds up through 18 holes whatever the Cape winter throws at you.

EOGA · Tijana's tip

Finding your tempo

Tempo is the rhythm of your swing, the ratio of your backswing to your downswing. It drives whether your sequence fires in order: legs, hips, trunk, arms, and only then the clubhead. Start fast and slow down and the chain breaks, because the body does not recognise the change.

Need help finding your rhythm? Book a session with the academy team and we will get you in sync.
